All our sports are fun and open to all age groups with the emphasis on sustainable enjoyment for participants.
⚽️The beautiful game you love – played in a new way. Smaller teams, simple rules but still big on fitness, friendship and fun. Only £5 per week, pay as you play and open to all adults. Hosted by an Apex coach we will organise small sided matches for up to 50 mins for you to get involved in. Please note, NO Shower OR changing facilities on site. Where: Grove Hill Adventure Playground, Redbourn Road Hemel Hempstead HP2 7BA When: Fridays 6:00pm - 7:00pm
