A place where people 50+ can focus on their well being, improving mobility and fitness whilst socialising, having fun and making new friends. There are a range of rolling weekly activities designed to strengthen both mental and physical agility, whilst socialising with a friendly group led by skilled facilitators / tutors.
Walks for Wellbeing offer supported, guided walks that are accessible to all. They offer an opportunity to get out in nature, meet and chat with new people, whilst getting some gentle exercise. All our walks are FREE and last for around 60 mins to 75 mins.

A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.

Hampshire Healthy Families Ready Steady Walks are free, push-chair friendly, social walking groups for families with young children living in Hampshire. Ready Steady Walk is a good excuse to get out into the fresh air and give you the chance to meet local families in your community. Your local walking group will be led by a Barnardo’s volunteer, or your local community worker. The walking groups meet once a week at the same venue in your area, at the same day and time.
