Disability and Inclusive Activity Clubs are fun and accessible that provide Paralympic and multi-sports for disabled people. Delivering high quality sports and physical activity provision for the community and offering expert knowledge of disability sport through our fully-qualified sports coaches.
A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!

Walking Football every week at Easterhouse Sport Centre
Walking football is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”. Our Football Plus Girls Only sessions provide girls aged 6-9 a child-centred environment that gives them a positive first (and continued) experience of the game. Activities are designed with children of mixed playing ability in mind and will help those taking part to develop their football skills, learn more about football and make new friends.
