Men and women of all ages and levels of fitness or ability are invited to come along to one of our Walking Football sessions to take part in a slower-paced version of the beautiful game. We currently run a Children's Pan Disability football session on Sunday Mornings for anyone with additional needs, and are starting a new weekday session on Monday evenings from late September 2024. We also run Walking football sessions for over 50's and will be starting an over 70';s version this autumn.

Disability and Inclusive Activity Clubs are fun and accessible that provide Paralympic and multi-sports for disabled people. Delivering high quality sports and physical activity provision for the community and offering expert knowledge of disability sport through our fully-qualified sports coaches.
Inclusive United's daytime inclusive football sessions are for young adults aged 18+ with mild to moderate learning disabilities, neurodiversity, SEN (special educational needs) or additional needs. Participants play in a safe, inclusive and fun environment, develop their football skills and build their confidence. There is also time for participants to meet new friends and socialise, play pool and table tennis in the social hub.
