We offer three different levels of walking groups to suit a variety of fitness levels and preferences: Walk Plus A brisk, faster-paced group (3.5 to 4 miles per hour), ideal for those who are generally fit and already walk regularly. Mixed ability Grade 3-4 walk. Lasts up to 90 minutes, covering between 3 to 5 miles. Moderate to steep hills, stiles and a brisk pace. Distance covered will depend on the fitness of the walkers who turn up. Please remember to dress for the weather and bring suitable walking shoes with you and a bottle of water.
