ShrewsAbility sessions are our specialised disability sports programmes which run every week. Each session caters to the needs of multiple disabilities. Coaches deliver specific sessions aimed at those who have Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy, along with PAN football which is an all inclusive session for those with any kind of disability. For anyone who wants to come and have a go, you are able to attend your first two sessions for free! (Excluding Ludlow sessions) Sessions available...
Wednesday evening 60 min exercise session outdoors on astroturf. 15 minute pre-session warm up and everything is supplied from bibs to the ball. All you need to do is bring a water bottle, suitable footwear, and turn up to have fun. Each week there is are different captains nominated - see YouTube channel. Be prepared to make new friends and your first session is completely FREE! First Aiders & Defibrillators are also available pitch side.

Book Now! This sessions takes place at Tooting and Mitcham FC on the astroturf. The session is perfect for intermediate walking footballers. Normal trainers or astroturf trainers are suitable footwear for the pitch.
