Walking football is designed to help people keep an active lifestyle despite their age, as well as getting those back playing football who had to stop due to injuries.
A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!
A fun session filled with football-based activities run by our excellent coaches Lewis and Sameer. No previous football experience is needed! This session caters for those new to the sport, in addition to those wanting to progress their skills further! At this session, you will have access to: Games-based football activities Socialising with new and current friends!
