We train every Saturday 9-10am at Whitelands Farm Sports Ground, Bicester. We offer Inclusive football for all, regardless of learning difficulty, physical difficulty or any other traditional barrier to playing fun and educational football.
Aims of the session: - Create a fun and friendly environment where players of all abilities can start, or continue, their journey in to football - Beginners and more experienced players can develop their technical and social skills as well as a pathway to volunteer or continue perusing football professional - muti coach approach - learn from different qualified coaches and experience new styles and techniques each week!
Powerchair football is played in electric sports wheelchairs with bumpers on the front of them. Games are played 4 v 4 on a basketball court, are 40 minutes long, and there are currently around 100 clubs in the U.K. Since there is no advantage given for size or age, participants as young as 7 can play competitively with 70 year olds!
