Walking football is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.

Our group is ran by some fantastic Portland staff and volunteers and is a relaxed group where having fun is the number one priority. Sessions include a mix of fun and engaging mini games to help build your skills, as well as some competitive games too.

Our Community Club in Wandsworth runs weekly inclusive multi-sport sessions. The club offers a range of inclusive traditional and Paralympic sports including football, basketball, cricket, tennis, boccia and more. Weekly multi-sport activities for disabled people of all ages. Club Lambeth takes place at the heart of disability sport in Lambeth. The session is an ideal time for young people to come after school, but is open to all. Siblings are welcome to join in and parents/carers are encouraged to stay, watch and even take part!
