Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.

Sessions will comprise of a warm up, focussed running session and a cool down. Some weeks may be a 'social run' which is less structured. Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. Level 2: 2- 2.5 miles, tracks and some hills or moderate pace. Ideal for those looking to develop their walking fitness and able to complete 45-60 mins with minimal stops. Following the Cardiac Rehab model, this class is for those with one or more conditions, steady on their feet, that want to improve their movement, strength, balance and cardiovascular fitness. This is a very welcoming class with great peer support and most importantly a lot of fun, with Jo, a Level 4 instructor.
