PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Walking Football for Women aged 40+
Our Women's Walking Football sessions are aimed at over-40's or those with limiting health conditions that do not allow them to play the full game of football. Walking football is a brilliant way to stay fit and have fun, without the full impact and injury risk of full-speed football. Our coaches can teach you the game and will ensure everyone gets the most from each session.
Session: Powerchair football September 1, 15, and 29 Time: 12.30pm – 2pm August 11 and 25, September 8 Time: 2pm – 4pm
Wheelchair Basketball is a unique sport which encompasses both people with disabilities and people who are able-bodied. The Club has a Youth Section (ages 7-16) and an Adult Section (ages 14+). Sports chairs can be provided.
Boccia (pronounced bot-cha) is the most inclusive sport you’ll find! It's easy to play, but harder to master! These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
