Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done seated on a chair or use the chair for support when standing. The benefits are improved balance, flexibility concentration and strength. Chair Yoga also helps with reducing tension, aiding relaxation and reduces the stress on joints. This is ideal for people who would love to try yoga but who may struggle with moving from standing to kneeling, lying down or who would require support and balance.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
