We are pleased to confirm our next Witham Walk&Talk4Men event with Alex MacGregor, which is our usual River Walk for our gents and bros, taking place on Sunday 18th May, meeting outside the Town Hall in Newland Street at 11am and starting off at 11:15am. Pace one A 2k to 3k gentle WALX that incorporates balance work, flexibility and strength exercises and maybe a bit of yoga or relaxation too. On Monday these walks take place around Stanmore and Harrow Weald on mainly flat terrain but we do go on trails through the woods so that we can enjoy the changes in nature throughout the year. We are a wheelchair rugby club based in Dorset, there is no experience necessary just a physical disability if you're an adult. All children aged 8-17 years can play, but a large majority of Junior Programme members have a physical or learning impairment.
