For people who have completed a `Learn to Nordic Course` this is a moderate to sometimes strenuous adventure walk to kick start the weekend.
STUDIO - Harness the power of the seasons to balance and energise our entire being. For every season there is a different approach for the asana practice aligned with elements characteristic of each season. These movements are coupled with meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques. This class is open to all, including beginners.
Dance classes for all ages, ranging from 1-3yrs Mini Movement classes to Adult Ballet & Tap classes. Our main timetable is for ages 3-18, providing classes in ballet, modern, tap, hip hop, contemporary, jazz and Musical Theatre. Our classes are inclusive, and are always flexible to individual needs, so always come and talk to us!
Guided trail walk with hills (pacey!) for any ability to build fitness through walking. Please come in running clothes/trail shoes or walking boots and bring layers and water. No dogs or children please. Approx 90minutes. Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
This is a seniors class for all ages above 50 and all levels of fitness. The class is fun and all ages (above 50)/ all abilities welcome. The exercises aim to improve your function: day to day life. Incorporating Strength, Balance, Mobility, Coordination and endurance. Seated options are available. Start the weekend with a boost! Bring along a water bottle, comfortable clothing.
