Gentle Exercise, all abilities welcome. A class based on strength and balance exercises. Can be adjusted for standing and seated variations. We support people with a variety of disabilities to participate in physical activities safely, making reasonable adjustments. Ages 16+. Carers welcome. Love to dance? Want to get fit and have great fun at the same time? Join our inclusive dance sessions in Redhill with easy to follow dance routines. Suitable for people with disabilities and additional needs aged 16+. We do ask that participants are supported throughout the session by a carer or support worker.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
