An innovative new class, encouraging you mentally and physically to achieve your goals of gentle toning. Kim, experienced Personal Trainer, will lead you through an exercise class using bodyweight, light dumbbells, resistance bands and step boxes, to condition your muscles from head to toe. Our new Downs Syndrome Futsal team is based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. This session is for all abilities, all genders aged 18+. Sessions are every Tuesday 6-7pm. Futsal is a football-based sport played on a hardcourt like a basketball court, smaller than a football pitch. It has similarities to five-a-side football / indoor football, and is considered to have increased accessibility thanks to these and other adaptions.

Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
