This session enables runners of varying abilities to work to their individual level of fitness. Due to the nature of the session, we work within a smaller area, so all runners are able to run without the pressure of having to keep up with others, nor feel that they are underachieving . Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.
