Off-road adaptive cycling sessions for everyone from complete beginners to experienced riders. We have e-assist handcycles for those with the ability to independently use the equipment. We are led by adaptive riders and supported by non-disabled support riders. If you have any queries or questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all. The walks are usually within the Country Park, occasionally in Harrold village, with an annual bluebell walk in nearby woods (conditions permitting). Café and toilets available, parking free (but a donation is suggested – goes to the upkeep of the Park). There are no stiles but it may occasionally be slightly muddy. Grade 3 - 1 hour, about 3 miles, moderate hills, faster pace and possible stiles / Grade 4 - Up to 90 minutes, about 4 - 5 miles, possible steep inclines and stiles. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing.
