Sessions will comprise of a warm up, focussed running session and a cool down. Some weeks may be a 'social run' which is less structured. Very low intensity workout aimed at people wanting to improve strength and posture. Exercise bands are used within the session to increase strength for people who are de-conditioned or coming back to exercise following operations or illness.
A bookable, calm, quiet pool time to support building a relationship with the water. Suitable for swimmers with a disability and their supporters.
