An adventure walk to kick start the week. Mondays tend to be our busiest day and a great way to catch up with all walkers.
The group walks for 1.5 -2 hours including a refreshment stop at a cafe. This is a fun gentle walking group for all ages and abilities. This Hatha class is designed to ease you into the week, we can provide you with whatever modifications and props you need so that you can enjoy a full yoga experience. The moment will be light and mindful, accompanied by breathwork and meditation to suit everybody.Our classes are friendly and welcoming and you will feel totally nourished as you leave. Come to do as much or as little as you need to do.
A swim lane for registered disabled individuals and their carers. Where possible a double width lane will be provided to maximise social distancing. *Not available online*
A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!
The FABS exercise classes have been developed by experts to help you to improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength for overall greater strength. All the keep fit exercises can be done seated or standing, depending on your ability - perfect for seniors. Pay for nine and the tenth class is free!
Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join the walk. The routes start and finish at the same location as advertised, and last between 30 and 90 minutes.
