Gravesham Youth Hockey are supporting the salvation army’s Christmas present appeal help us create a magical Christmas for children who otherwise might not receive a gift this year. join us for an hour of festive fun hockey on the astro, followed by Christmas nibbles in the main hall at Old Gravesendians RFC and the chance to bring a little Christmas joy by creating a Christmas Shoebox parcel. how to get involved in creating a Christmas Shoebox Parcel Please donate the following: Christmas wrapping paper Shoebox Sellotape Christmas card Gift(s) Suggested Gift List for Children and Young People Every child deserves a new gift at Christmas so we are unable to take used or second hand items for the Christmas Present Appeal. 0-3 years: dolls, teddy bears, cot mobiles, baby clothes, bath toys, puzzles 3-5: dolls and action figures, cars, lorries, colouring sets, pencils, crayons, books, puzzles 5-9: educational games & toys, stationery (colouring sets, pencils, crayons, school sets), books, puzzles, wordsearch, crosswords 9-12: games and toys, stationery, books, t-shirts, hair accessories, gloves, scarves, hats 13-16: books, make-up and toiletries (please try to ensure non-allergic ingredients if possible), gloves, scarves, hats, t-shirts, hair accessories and gift vouchers
