Circuit Training is suitable for all levels of ability and combines high-intensity aerobic exercises with resistance training. It helps builds muscular stength and endurance.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Get Mobile provides exercise sessions for all ages and abilities. The Move It or Lose It class offers Flexibility, Aerobic, Strength and Balance work with Cognitive games and time to socialise. Helping us to remain active, strong and mobile as we age. Suitable up to age 95.
Our Football Plus Girls Only sessions provide girls aged 6-9 a child-centred environment that gives them a positive first (and continued) experience of the game. Activities are designed with children of mixed playing ability in mind and will help those taking part to develop their football skills, learn more about football and make new friends.
